Salt is a young real estate developer that loves pushing the boundaries of apartment construction. Our client strongly believes that great architecture combined with beautiful design generates happiness. This is the company’s foundation as well as the starting point of the new name (formerly named Chrigabo) and the rebranding. The new Salt only builds high-standard, strikingly beautiful living spaces. Are you up for it?

The challenge was how to create the right brand identity and voice for a leading real state developer and construction firm while maintaining the right amount of connection to the Royal commission of Makkah and the spiritual aspect of serving the holy sites.

The challenge was how to create the right brand identity and voice for a leading real state developer and construction firm while maintaining the right amount of connection to the Royal commission of Makkah and the spiritual aspect of serving the holy sites.    

Solution

We refined the brand strategy to inform a visual identity that positioned Kidana as the master developer for the three sacred sites; Arafat, Mena and Muzdalifa. The brand personality balanced the need for a trustworthy leader and a capable developer with international standards. The logo and design elements were inspired by the ripples of Kidana Well at Mena and depicted the continuous development of the sites all year long.
